1) Customer Contact details

Please provide us your correct and accurate emails or other contact details and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary.

2) Payments

Full prepayment by credit card is required once a booking has been confirmed. Credit cards excepted are Visa & Mastercard.
Once full payment is settled, an Official Receipts will be given to you as proof of payment.

3) Cancelation Policy for Tours & Transfers

  • From confirmation date to 31 days prior to arrival – 50% of total package price payable as cancellation fees.
  • 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 75% of total package payable as cancellation fees.
  • 14 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of total package payable as cancellation fees.
  • No Show – 100% of total package payable as cancellation fees.

 

All amendments / cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing.
We are not under any circumstances liable to you in the event that the provision of the services and facilities you have booked is compromised in any way by an event that is beyond our control or that of our agents, suppliers or subcontractors.

4) Limitations of Liability

We do not accept liability in any circumstances where all death, injury, illness or other loss or damage due to your own fault or caused by unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Air transport is provided by the relevant carrier with its own terms and conditions of carriage and over whom we have no control of. We are not liable to pay any compensation in an event of any flight delays, cancelations, diversion of routes or missed flights.

Every person participating in any of our services shall be regarded in every respect in carrying his/her own risk.
The company reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation if it is necessary or in the case of force majeure.
