Day 1 : Arrive Kuching / City Tour
Arrive Kuching Airport, meet and transfer to Lime Tree Hotel (3 star) or Imperial Hotel (4 star).
Afternoon, pick up from your hotel and depart for Kuching city tour to see most of the places of attraction around this historical city. Drive to see the gigantic cat statue, the mascot of Kuching city at Padungan before cruising through China Town. Stop at the Tua Pek Kong Temple, one of the oldest temples in Sarawak. Pass by the traditional Malay houses built on stilts. Winding through the heart of the city, look out for a majestic looking Astana, the former palace of White Rajah, but now the official residence of the Governor of Sarawak, the old Colonial Law Court House. Then, pass through the Clock Tower and a granite obelisk built in memory of Rajah Charles Brooke. Visit to Urang Sarawak Exhibition. Return to hotel. Overnight.
Day 2 : Matang Wildlife Centre / Kubah National Park / Frog Tour
Morning, depart to Matang Wildlife Centre, part of Kubah National Park, houses endangered wildlife in large enclosed areas of rainforest or spacious cages. The main attraction is the Orang utan adoption program, where young orang utans, who were either orphaned or rescued from captivity, are taught how to survive in the wild. The centre also houses some Sambar deer, sun bear, civets and some species of endangered birds.
Proceed to Kubah National Park. Kubah’s most famous feature is its palms. Almost a hundred different palm species can be found in an area of just over 22 sq km, making Kubah probably the richest palm habitat for its size anywhere in the world.
Check in lodge (Room with fan). Pack Lunch will be served. Afternoon, depart on the nature trails with guide. After dinner, proceed on a trail with our Amphibians specialist to spot the many species of frogs that are found abundant in this park area. Learn about the different species of amphibians that you have spotted along the trail. Return to lodge for overnight. (Breakfast/Pack Lunch/Dinner included)
Day 3 : Nature Trail / Semenggoh Orang Utan / Permai Rainforest Resort (Tree House)
Early morning, depart for bird watching. Return to lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed on a short nature trail. Check out of lodge and depart for lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, depart to Semenggoh Orang Utan Centre. The centre consists of 740 hectare of virgin forest and it is home to orang utans . You will have an opportunity to observe how the orang utans are being rehabilitated and trained to fend for themselves before being released into the wild. Visitors are allowed to study and observe the orang utans at a distance. Depart park and transfer to Permai Rainforest Resort. Check into Tree House. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Included)
Day 4 : Sarawak Cultural Village / Permai Rainforest Resort (Tree House)
Free at own leisure in the morning to relax and enjoy the beach. Pick up and proceed for local lunch. Visit Sarawak Cultural Village. The award winning Sarawak Cultural Village is a unique “living museum’ on a sprawling 17 acre site. It has seven representative ethnic houses with natives residing and making handicrafts. A trip here will enable you to gain a comprehensive insight into colourful traditions and cultures of the various races in Sarawak. Watch daily live performances highlighting the many vibrant dances of the people of Sarawak. After tour, return to Permai Rainforest Resort. Overnight at Tree House. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included).
Day 5 : Bako National Park
Morning, pick up from your hotel and depart for a 45 minute drive to Bako Fishing Village. Continue by boat for a 30 minute cruise along the coast to reach Bako National Park. Upon arrival at the park, register names and check into basic accommodations (Room with fan). Visit the Park’s information centre. Follow the trails to look for proboscis monkeys, bearded pigs, silver leaf monkeys and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Park guesthouse. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included)
Day 6 : Bird watching / Nature Trails / Kuching
Early morning, proceed for bird watching and to spot other wildlife such as monitor lizards, squirrels and other animals around the park area. Return to guesthouse for breakfast. Rest and relax before check out and depart park by boat to the Bako jetty. Proceed for lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to Lime Tree Hotel (3 star) for check in. Overnight. (Breakfast/Lunch included)
Day 7 : Departure
Pick up and transfer to Kuching Airport. (Breakfast included)

Note: In accordance to the Malaysian Tourism Tax Act 2017, with effect from 1st Sep 2017, all foreign tourists will be charged a flat rate of RM10 per room per night in any registered tourist accommodation premises and this is collected directly by the hotels/resorts/lodges upon check in. The Tourism Tax (TTx) is mandatory under Malaysian Law. Tourism Tax is not included in this package.
